Xbox-Now now has it's own Telegram Bot

Xbox-Now now has it's very own Telegram bot. Our community user ArtemonWan created it. Currently it just supports a few features. But they're very useful. In case you guys have some ideas, features or suggestions, you can contact him via our Discord server (@ArtemonWan#5781).
Features (currently):
- Searching games and get current prices
- Subscribe for price updates of games (you get a notification if the price drops)
- (In Progress) Notification for big discounts/sales etc. per day/week
